Musings on a Fair Society

gridlock

A fair and well-adjusted society of advanced sentient beings does not suggest that individuals must ‘work’ for ‘money’ to merely survive. It does not make existence into a competitive sport of pretense and delusion. A fair society allows the young to freely explore their interests and talents as they wish irrespective of financial viability and measures success in terms of personal inner fulfilment and self actualisation. A fair society recognises individual freedom and the requirement for all people to be free to pursue their dreams. A truly advanced and fair society eschews money, and has long since made money and finance redundant. It has learned and respected the inherent evil and immorality of utilising money as a basis of withholding resources from certain ‘classes’ of humans in order to bestow more upon others.
